Shopping with Milkdragon
These terms apply to purchases from our online store. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and ensure you are legally able to enter into the purchase, or have the necessary permission from a parent or guardian.
Products & selected options
Read the selected style, size and pack information before ordering. Refills, covers and other options identified as separate items do not include products shown only for illustration. Product colors may vary slightly with screen settings and lighting. Follow any care, age or safety instructions supplied with an item.
Prices & payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes shown at checkout are included in the total you review before placing an order. Use only the payment methods offered at checkout; see our Payment Information page. A payment authorization or automated order email does not by itself guarantee stock or dispatch.
Order handling
If an item becomes unavailable, a pricing error is identified or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you using your order details. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cancel an order after taking payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
