From our shelves to your everyday. Here is what to expect after placing an order.
Where we deliver
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping options available for your destination. Please use a complete, accurate address, including your postal code and any apartment or unit number. If no shipping option appears, contact us before ordering.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is $4.90 USD per order. Free shipping is available when your merchandise subtotal reaches $39 USD after discounts, before shipping and any applicable taxes. Review your chosen shipping method and final total at checkout.
Preparation & delivery
Our estimated preparation time is 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch & tracking
Dispatch information will be sent to the email address supplied with your order. When tracking is available, follow the carrier link for the latest delivery updates. Tracking may take time to update after a parcel is handed over.
International orders
Customs duties, import taxes and carrier clearance charges may apply according to your destination. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are not included in our shipping fee. Contact your local customs authority if you need an estimate before ordering.
Address changes, delays or missing parcels
Email support@milkdragon.com with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but missing, keep any packaging and send us the relevant details so we can investigate with the carrier.
For returns, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy. Do not send a return to an address printed on a parcel without contacting us first.
