Let’s put things right.

Need help with a purchase? Start with your order number, and we will help you find the next step.

Requesting a return

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Email support@milkdragon.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused and include their original packaging, accessories and any parts supplied.

Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the return instructions and correct address. Do not use a supplier or dispatch address from the parcel unless we confirm it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging can help us investigate. We will arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, in line with the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost, and the original delivery fee is not refundable unless required by law. For an incorrect or faulty item, contact us first so we can arrange an appropriate return solution and cover reasonable return costs where applicable. Keep your return tracking or proof of postage.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting a return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days through the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.

Cancellations & exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes once preparation or dispatch has begun. For a different style or color, contact us to discuss availability and the return process.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. It does not limit rights relating to faulty goods, mandatory cancellation periods or other protections under applicable law.
